Tip 1: Exercise

Bet you didn’t see that coming, right?

Physical exercise is important for both physical and mental health. Taking a half hour after work or on a weekend can get your blood pumping, get your endorphins flowing, and revitalize your spirit, and all these as you listen to the opening theme by John Williams. You’ll build muscle, burn calories, and oxygenate your brain–giving you a release after a day of stress.

Exercising regularly also prepares your body for the long hours of queuing through the cold or heat (Whichever part of the world you are in) on 14 Dec. You will definitely need the stamina and strength as you jostle and force your way into the theatre on 15 December.

Beyond that, exercise will get you ready for one of the many Star Wars themed marathons around the world. If you are in California, check out the Star Wars™ Half Marathon – The Light Side taking place on January 11-January 14, 2018 –  Disneyland® Resort, California. There’s the Half Marathon, Rebel Challenge, 10K, 5K and even a runDisney for Kids.

Yes I know it’s after 15 December, but hey, it’s still a great marathon to be part of and you’ll get to meet new people and talk about something we all love right?
